Name of Posts: Junior Executive (Architecture) - 03 posts, Junior Executive (Engineering-Civil)- 90 posts, Junior Executive (Electrical)- 106 posts, Junior Executive (Electronics)- 278 posts, Junior Executive (IT)- 13 posts.
Salary and Benefits
Pay Scale (Industrial Dearness Allowance [IDA]): Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1 Level]: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 140000/-
Benefits: In addition to basic pay, dearness allowances, increment
@ 3% of basic pay per annum, perks @ 35% of basic pay, HRA and other
benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical
Benefits, etc. are admissible as per AAI recruitment rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
- Junior Executive (Architecture): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and registered with council of architecture.
- Junior Executive (Engineering -Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil.
- Junior Executive (Engineering - Electrical ): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Electrical.
- Junior Executive (Electronics): Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Technology in Electronics/ Telecommunications/ electrical with specialisation in Electronics.
- Junior Executive (IT): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technical in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / IT/ electronics or MCA.
Age Limit
The candidate should not be more than 27 years of age as on 1st May, 2024. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Application Fee
Application Fee of Rs.300/‐ (Rs. Three Hundred only) is to be paid through
ONLINE MODE ONLY. However, the SC /ST /PwBD candidates/Apprentices who
have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship training in AAI and
Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Important Dates
- Opening date for online application: 2nd April, 2024.
- Closing date for online application: 1st May, 2024.
Application Process
Candidates can apply and submit their application ON-LINE by visiting the official recruitment website of the Airport Authority of India (AAI) before 1st May, 2024. No other mode of application will be accepted.
Other Terms & Conditions mentioned in AAI notification
- Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria shall apply for the above.
- Degree should be from a recognized / deemed university or from an apex Institution i.e. (IIT/IIM/IIMS/XLRI/TISS, etc.) recognized by the Government of India. Degrees/Diplomas (as the case may be) acquired in Open and Distance mode from UGC recognized Universities/AICTE approved courses, wherever applicable, shall be considered.
- Candidates having B.E./B. Tech/ B. Sc. (Engg.) Degrees are allowed to apply against the post for which essential qualification is prescribed as Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Only those candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and have appeared in GATE 2024 can apply.
- Candidates must mention his/ her correct GATE‐2024 registration number as appearing in GATE Admit Card‐2024.
- No experience is essential to apply for the above post.
