Essential Qualifications
State Hub for Empowerment of Women
- State Mission Coordinator: Post Graduate preferably in Social Science/Life Science/Nutrition/Medicine/Health Management/Social Work/Rural Management and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- State Gender Specialist: Post-Graduate preferably in social work / other social disciplines and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- Research and Training Specialist: Graduate preferably in social work/other social discipline and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- Account Assistant: Graduate / Diploma in accounts/other disciplines having accounts as a subject and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- Office Assistant: Graduate with diploma in computers/IT etc. and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th class pass under 10+2 system for any govt recognised Institute.
District Hub for Empowerment of Women
- District Mission Coordinator: Graduate preferably in Social Science / Life Science / Nutrition / Medicine / Health Management / Social Work / Rural Management and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- District Gender Specialist: Graduate in social work / other social disciplines and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- Specialist Financial Literacy: Graduate in Economics / Banking / other similar discipline having accounts as a subject and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government / non-government organisations in financial literacy / financial inclusion focused themes.
- Account Assistant: Graduate / Diploma in accounts/other disciplines having accounts as a subject and at least 3 years experience of working with the Government/non-government organisations in related fields.
- DEO (PMMVY): Graduate with working knowledge in computer / IT etc. and 3 years experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats at state or district level with government / non-government /IT based organisations.
- Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 10th class pass under 10+2 system for any govt recognised Institute.
Salary and Benefits
State Hub for Empowerment of Women: State Mission Coordinator (50,000), State Gender Specialist (36,000), Research and Training Specialist (36,000), Account Assistant (15,500), Office Assistant (15,500), Multi Tasking Staff [MTS] (10,000).
District Hub for Empowerment of Women: State Mission Coordinator (45,000), State Gender Specialist (30,000), Specialist Financial Literacy (30,000), Account Assistant (13,000), DEO [PMMVY] (13,000), Multi Tasking Staff [MTS] (9,000).
Other Terms and Conditions
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 38 years of age on 10th April, 2024. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5yrs for SC/ST candidates, 3yrs for OBC candidates and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
- The number of posts may be increased or decreased according to the vacant posts available in the department.
- Application fees: Rs. 500 for UR and Rs. 300 for ST/SC/OBC candidates. (exempted for PwD candidates) shall be paid online through either Demand Draft or RTGS/NEFT to the Department’s Account No. 0254050024017, IFSC Code-PUNB0025420, Punjab National Bank, Imphal in the name of Women Child Dev.
