Command: Eastern Naval Command
Salary: Rs. 21700 - 69100 (Level-3)
Nos of Post: 07(Seven)

(2) Fireman (Group-C, Non-Gazetted)
Command: Eastern Naval Command
Salary: Rs. 19900 - 63200 (Level-2)
No of posts: 122 (One hundred and twenty two)
Place of Posting: Visakhapatnam(102), Sunabeda(10), Tirunelveli(10)
Age Limit
Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date of receipt of application for all posts.
Essential Qualifications
(1) Fire Engine Driver
Essential -
Applicant must have passed Matriculation or its comparable from a recognised board. 3 (three) years of experience driving heavy vehicles is must and have a valid driver's licensee.
Physical -
(i) Height without shoes 165cms. 2.5cms height will be allow for members of the Scheduled Tribes.
(ii) Chest(un-expanded) - 81.5cms
(iii) Chest(on-expanded) - 85cms.
(iv) Weight(least) - 50kgs
(v) should carry fireman lift of 63.5 kgs to a distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds.
(vi)Clearing 3 meters wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump)
(vii) Climbing 3 meters vertical rope using hands and feet.
(2) Fireman
Essential -

Mode of Selection
Physical Fitness Test:
A physical test will conduct for the eligible candidates. Both Fire Engine and Fireman applicants must pass physical fitness test. Exact date, time and venue will be communicate to the eligible applicants by mail/post.
Provisional Appointment Letter:
Appointment will based on the merit ranking. Based on performance /assessment / physical endurance test, document verification, medical examination etc.
Documents Verification:
Before appointment, all documents like age, education, address, caste, service, etc., will verify.
Last Date of Submission
The application should reach to the concern employer office between 21-10-2023 to 21-12-2023.
How to Apply Indian Navy Recruitment Fireman and Fire Engine Driver posts?
The application for the post of fireman and Fire engine driver should be in plain paper. A good quality paper of A4 size written either hand writing or typed as per the prescribed format. All documents should be self attested. Affixed 4 copy of self attested recent passport size colour photo(not more than 3 months).
The envelop must be superscribed on the top as -
"APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF <NAME OF POST> BY TRANSFER (NOW ABSORPTION)"

List of documents to be sent along with application -
(a) Attested copies of the CR Dossiers/ APARs for last five years (attested on each
page) by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent.
(b) Vigilance Clearance Certificate
(c) Integrity Certificate
(d) A statement of major/minor penalty, if any imposed on the officer during last
ten years.
(e) Cadre Clearance Certificate.
(f) Self-Attested Copies of certificates/marks sheet in support of
educational/technical/Other qualification. Original certificates/marks sheets should be
produced when asked for.
(g) 04 recent passport size photograph (not more than 03 month old and the date
must be clearly printed on the photograph) duly attested on reverse should be pinned
with the application
